48 Channel load cell Data-logging System
Force measurement have just Supplied 48 Clevis Pin Load cells to a major construction company to monitor and log the loads induced on an ariel site. The logger automatically recognises the connected load cell and sets itself up to read and store the load value. All 49 channels are then down loaded at base to a microsoft Excel compatable text file for archiving and analysis.

July 2007
7 tonne Wire Line load cell system
Force measurement have just supplied two 7 tonne running wire dynanometer systems to a major offshore company. The unit sends out 4-20mA for 0-7 tonne of tension on the wire.

August 2007
600kg Sugar Batching System
Force measurement have just supplied a Sugar batch weighing system to a major biscuit manufacturer. The unit controls the amount of sugar in each batch of chocolate. A holding tank containing 600kg of sugar is supported by four 300kg RLP load cells. The batch controller fills the holding tank to 600kg before feeding the selected batch amount to the chocolate refiner.

September 2007
Suspension Bridge load cell system
Force measurement have just supplied 4 off 200 tonne load cell pins and indicator to do long term monitoring on the Suspension bridge over the Bospherous in Turkey.

October 2007
200 Newton Miniture Robotic Arm load cells
Force measurement have continued to supplied these tiny loadcells to a manufacturer of robotic machines for the car industry for over 10 years.

November 2007
Launch of HMS Diamond type 45 Destroyer
Force Measurement installed Strain Gauges on the vessel prior to the launch and these were monitored during the launch at Glasgow.

December 2007
15 tonne Hang on Weigher with radio link to a remote display
Force measurement supplied this system to a Local council to weigh and record incoming materials remotely. The unit has a rs232c serial output that communicates with an office based PC running microsoft excel.
